Once records are uploaded by you or emailed by your vet, a member or our staff still has to view the file and manually enter the dates on our end to show the correct dates. We try to get this done within 24 hours, but during our busy periods, it may take longer. Please text us at 912-341-3992 & let us know your pet's record needs to be updated if you are still waiting.
When booking multiple pets, please book under one pet at a time as it will only allow you to book 1 slot per 1 pet.
If you typically bring your pets together, just book for one of them. In the notes section, let us know that you want to add your other pet(s) to the reservation. We can add them to the reservation on our end.
Yes! The other options to book are by call, text or email.
Phone Call/Voicemail (response within 1-2 business days)
Our groomers do their own booking & typically are unable to answer phone calls so please leave a voicemail. We typically respond to voicemails at the end of the day. Please note that if it has been a busy day for the groomers, they may not be able to stay late to return phone calls & will get back to you within a day or so.
Text Message (response in 5 mins to 8hrs)
Groomers are able to respond quicker to text messages. They typically check the phone for texts throughout the day and are sure to respond before leaving for the day.
Email (response in 5 mins to 8hrs)
Emails are typically responded to by groomers during the day, between appointments, and by the owner after hours.
